The Food Reserve Agency FRA at Mwembeshi Deport in Lusaka has allegedly refused to take back its casuals workers after they broke a story about their plight and poor working condition to Prime TV.
The workers have complained that they are not being told the truth by FRA management regarding their stay at the company.
They have told Prime TV in an interview that management at FRA Deport asked them to report for work on Monday but have again being told to report on Wednesday.
The workers have appealed to labour Minister Faction Shamenda to intervene in the matter and ensure that the workers are taken back on board.
Some workers have also complained of lack of proper management communication between workers and management to resolve the issues.
